Elisa serves as a Client Services Manager at Aura Legacy, supporting Mari Delgado and ensuring that every client interaction feels organized, intentional, and well cared for. 

With over a decade of experience supporting financial advisors, Elisa brings deep expertise in CRM management, case processing, pipeline organization, and new business coordination. As a licensed life insurance agent, she understands the full client journey and the compliance and service standards required to support it with excellence. 

Elisa works closely with Mari to maintain clear communication, timely follow-up, and consistent workflows, creating the space for Mari to focus fully on delivering high-quality financial planning and investment guidance. Clients often experience Elisa’s work as ease: notes are captured, tasks are anticipated, and nothing falls through the cracks.
